- Migrating job and customer history off spreadsheets or another platform
- Connecting QuickBooks so accounting stays in sync
- User permissions and client-facing update flows
What a traditional implementation partner does not do is operate the system afterward. That is the distinction worth understanding before you pay for one, because the build is not the part that fails.

Adoption is the longer variable. A system can be finished in three weeks and still sit unused in month six. When contractors tell us their JobTread "didn't work," it is almost never the build that was wrong.
