ConstructAid started with a simple observation: most contractors don't need more software. They need someone to run it. We fix how your business works inside JobTread and the tools you run, then put a construction-trained Operator in the seat to run it every day.

The team behind your Operator

You're not hiring a software vendor. ConstructAid was built by people who ran real construction projects, project managers and tradespeople from high-end design-build, with backgrounds in operations systems and team leadership. Every Operator we place is trained by that team and backed by it, so you get a person in the seat and a bench behind them.

Building out JobTread is the easy part. The hard part is getting it used week after week, and that's the gap we close. Our Operators are trained on contractor workflows before day one, and we handle their hiring, HR, payroll, coaching, and coverage so you never have to.

Our Operators work with AI-powered workflows, because the repetitive parts of back-office work should move faster. What we will not do is hand your business to a tool. Every client has a named Operator, backed by our team, who owns the result.
